The problem we solved
In 2021, our founder ordered four different trunk organizers off Amazon for his Tacoma. Every single one had the same issues: thin fabric walls that buckled under any weight, velcro strips that stopped sticking after a few weeks, and base plates that slid across the trunk bed at every stop sign.
He started modifying them at home, adding stiffener inserts, replacing the velcro with proper tie-down straps, and swapping the polyester for heavier nylon. Friends started asking where he bought them. He didn't buy them. He made them.
That garage project became TacticalTracks in early 2022. The first product was the TrunkVault, a collapsible organizer with rigid walls that actually stay upright when you put a toolbox in one of the compartments.
